Job summary

CAM P Facility Services in Houston, TX, seeks an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to serve as the primary IT contact, supporting network and cloud infrastructure, end-user devices, and Microsoft 365. The role requires diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, with on-site availability across the United States.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in a service desk role, strong Windows and M365 experience, basic networking, and familiarity with Intune/Autopilot.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or technical support role.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop and laptop operating systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Basic to intermediate networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Knowledge of hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) principles and ticketing systems.
• Experience with endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management using Intune or Autopilot.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to team members by responding to incidents and service requests remotely and in person.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and application issues in a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for enrollment and ongoing management.
• Support new hire onboarding and offboarding by provisioning equipment and user accounts.
• Document incidents, requests, assets, and user information in Service Desk and Asset Management systems.
• Monitor alerts related to connectivity, applications, and device performance, escalating when necessary.
• Assist with user administration in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD (Entra ID).
• Monitor and perform basic troubleshooting of Fortinet equipment; escalate complex issues to the network provider.
• Support Azure networking components and enterprise print management (PrinterLogic).
• Administer RingCentral phone system, including provisioning and call routing.
• Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts across business applications with least-privilege access.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and follow security best practices.
• Travel to company offices across the United States as needed to resolve on-site issues.
