Job summary

GranularTek LLC is seeking an experienced IT asset management professional to own the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware and software assets across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. You will implement automated discovery, reconciliation, and normalization to drive cost savings and compliance.

Responsibilities include collaborating with procurement, finance, and security, leading HAM/SAM tool rationalization, and delivering executive dashboards that show ROI, utilization, and risk exposure

Qualifications

• Must have experience with HAM/SAM platforms and licensing compliance.
• Hands-on with Snow Software, Flexera, ServiceNow ITAM and Microsoft SAM.
• Familiarity with CMDB and IT asset discovery tools.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management for hardware and software, ensuring alignment with HAM/SAM frameworks and licensing compliance.
• Implement automated discovery, reconciliation, and normalization of IT assets across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
• Generate cost-avoidance and optimization insights by analyzing software utilization, licensing entitlements, and contract terms.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and security teams to enforce policy compliance and support audit readiness.
• Lead tool rationalization and integration - configuring and optimizing HAM/SAM platforms like Snow, Flexera, or ServiceNow.
• Deliver executive dashboards and KPIs that track ROI, underutilization, and risk exposure across IT asset portfolios.
