Job summary

Triumph in San Francisco is seeking its first dedicated IT hire to build the IT function from the ground up. This role will own networks, identity, endpoints, meeting rooms, and the physical office buildout with greenfield implementations.

It is a hands-on position requiring comfort in a wiring closet and Okta administration, reporting to the Head of Security. You will shape IT strategy for future hires and scale operations responsibly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, end-to-end ownership of infrastructure projects.
• Experience building corporate networks, VLANs and WiFi.
• Proven ability to scale IT operations with automation.
• Comfort with physical office buildouts and coordinating contractors.
• Familiarity with AI tooling in IT workflows and decision checkpoints.

Responsibilities

• Build out corporate network end-to-end across offices.
• Own endpoint management and device lifecycle.
• Mature identity program with SSO/MFA using Okta.
• Ensure day-one provisioning and day-one deprovisioning.
• Design AV/conferencing for meeting rooms.
• Oversee office space buildout, fiber, cabling and vendor coordination.
• Automate routine IT tasks and scale the function with AI.
• Split time across SF HQ, Mountain View, and South Bay offices.
