Job summary

ClarityPay, Inc. seeks a Manager of IT & Information Security to build and run the technology backbone of the company. This is a hands-on, build-it-yourself role: you will provision laptops, administer our SaaS stack, grant and revoke access, and implement the policies and controls a regulated fintech needs as it scales.

The position is on-site in New York with a minimum four days per week in the office. You will own corporate IT, identity and access management, endpoint and email security,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations, systems administration, and information security.
• Hands-on ownership of endpoints, identity, and corporate systems.
• Experience supporting SOC 2 and PCI DSS audits in fintech or regulated environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain risk to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT operations for the company: devices, imaging, deployment, inventory, and decommissioning for NY, Atlanta, and remote staff.
• Own identity and access management: provision/deprovision, SSO, MFA, least privilege, access reviews.
• Administer the corporate SaaS and business systems stack (Microsoft 365, email, Slack, HRIS, e-signature).
• Create, secure, and manage corporate email, domains, and anti-phishing controls.
• Own endpoint security: MDM enrollment, encryption, patching, EDR, and baseline configurations.
• Run day-to-day help desk with SLAs and root-cause analysis.
• Onboard/offboard from IT/security perspective with cross‑functional coordination.
• Lead information security operations: monitoring, incident response, drills, and post-incident reviews.
• Produce controls and audit evidence for SOC 2, PCI DSS, and partner-bank reviews.
