Job summary

Namely is hiring a Head of IT/Compliance in a hybrid setup. This role oversees security, compliance programs, and IT operations across identity, devices, and vendor management. You will drive audits, control state, and data lifecycle across a growing fintech-like environment.

You will own SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS Level 1, GDPR, and ISO 27001, with a focus on secure organization practices and audit readiness. Equity is part of the compensation package and collaboration with executive leadership is

Qualifications

• You've owned at least one compliance program end to end including audits.
• You've managed control state in Vanta, Drata, or equivalent.
• You've owned a workforce device fleet and endpoint security stack.
• You've managed SSO and directory management including offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS Level 1, GDPR, ISO 27001 with external audits.
• Oversee identity, access and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Manage device fleet, endpoint protection and security standards.
• Design and own vendor review process and security spend.
• Own cloud operations, data lifecycle and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide customer-facing compliance deliverables for sales.
