Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions seeks a Senior IT Information Governance Lead to build and mature an enterprise Information Governance program, establishing standards, policies, processes, and controls.

The role emphasizes hands-on governance work, expertise with Microsoft SharePoint and OpenText Documentum, and strong program and stakeholder management. This contract role is 12 months, onsite in Downtown Houston.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Information Governance, ECM, Records, or related areas.
• Experience building or maturing an enterprise IG program.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Strong knowledge of document/records management, metadata, taxonomy, retention, legal holds, and disposition.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online / Microsoft Purview is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise content migration and repository management.
• Strong program, stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Management, Business, or related field.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Downtown Houston.
