Job summary

Titanium Transportation Group is seeking an IT Coordinator to join our IT team in Oakwood, GA. The role focuses on helpdesk support, printer maintenance, and administration of the Titanium Helpdesk System to ensure seamless operations across our fleet and facilities.

The ideal candidate will provide onsite and remote support, manage incidents, safeguard endpoints, and assist with onboarding, asset inventory, and documentation. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

3 years of IT support experience, preferably in transportation or logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Teams, Defender, and Intune.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and mobile device management.
Experience with helpdesk systems and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote IT support across all terminals. Travel will be required.
Manage ticketing system and resolve technical issues promptly.
Provide remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
Assist with software and hardware installation and configuration.
Management of physical access controls, camera and NVR system.
