Navitas Credit Corp, a United Community Bank Company, is a leading financial services firm focused on financing small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. We are seeking a full-time Helpdesk support/ Network Admin to join our technology team and work in our Ponte Vedra Beach, FL office or Mount Laurel, NJ office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university or two years’ experience providing helpdesk support and Network administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO and basic LAN and TCP/IP skills.
• Ability to manage user requests and tickets.
• Proven experience as a help desk technician or similar customer support role.
• Working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
• Must have desire to learn new skills.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
• Setup user accounts and client PCs or Terminal servers.
• Provide support for Office 365 Exchange environment.
• Pass on any feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team member(s).
• Recommend procedure modification or improvements.
• Some administration of cloud based servers and services.
