Job summary

EarnIn is seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Apprentice to join our Enterprise IT team in Mountain View, CA. This structured apprenticeship provides hands-on experience in IT operations, device lifecycle management, and helpdesk support within a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will work 10-20 hours per week on-site for 12-24 months as part of Cabrillo College’s CIS Apprenticeship program. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Cabrillo College CIS Apprenticeship program for at least 12 months.
• Located in or able to commute to Mountain View, CA for on-site hours (10-20 hours/week).
• Basic understanding of macOS/Windows and common software applications.
• Interest in device imaging and IT automation is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage device lifecycle including imaging and provisioning workflows.
• Support on-site IT operations and end-user equipment and software.
• Maintain accurate IT hardware inventory and asset records.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning.
• Support conference room AV and assist with automation tasks.
