Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in technical roles, including desktop support and IT infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of IT environments in both local and cloud contexts.
• Ability to perform in high-interruption scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end-user requests.
• Develop standardized processes for IT operations.
• Onboard new hires to the IT system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT issues.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
