Job summary

Veho, a fast-growing ecommerce logistics company, is hiring an IT Helpdesk Associate to support our remote workforce and on-site Dallas warehouse. You will triage Tier 1 requests, manage SaaS tools, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations for both Mac OS and Windows users.

You'll work closely with the IT Helpdesk Supervisor, handle onboarding/offboarding, maintain documentation, and participate in an on-call rotation to keep our systems running during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in IT helpdesk or similar role.
• Experience administering Okta, Kandji/Intune, Google Workspace, Slack.
• Familiar with Jira, Freshservice ticketing systems.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own Tier 1 triaging, including service requests and incidents, and respond to and close all within SLA.
• Assist at the Dallas warehouse with scanner processing, shipping, and other support as required during peak season.
• Determine root cause of issues and escalate to Tier 2/3 as needed.
• Manage identity access onboarding/offboarding workflows for all employees and contractors.
• Use AI solutions to automate and drive efficiencies within the helpdesk.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and policies.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems.
• Maintain inventory and knowledge base updates.
• Participate in an off-hours, bi-weekly, on-call rotation.
