Job summary

Quanta-Services is seeking an IT Support Analyst for our HBK/QISG Office in Ontario, CA. The role is in-office with travel up to 30% domestically, focusing on desktop and network support for a fast-growing team.

This entry-mid-level position requires a solid foundation in technical support and customer service, with hands-on duties across hardware, software, and cloud environments. Excellent documentation and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of IT support experience, including at least 2 years in a corporate enterprise environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Exposure to endpoint management tools for device deployment and policy management.
• Experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity using Cisco AnyConnect or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for IT hardware, software, and engineering applications.
• Image, configure, troubleshoot, and repair Dell and Lenovo laptops/workstations, including engineering devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration, including user setup and permissions.
• Deploy and manage laptops using SCCM and/or Intune for imaging and endpoint management.
• Support Microsoft Azure environments, including file storage and virtual machines.
• Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and support company mobile devices.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, hardware inventory, and lifecycle refresh programs.
• Provide in-person, phone, and video support to executives and others, including after-hours when needed.
• Document solutions in knowledge bases and internal docs.
• Travel up to 30% to support regional offices as needed.
