Job summary

Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional IT experience.
- Proficiency with Windows 11 in an Active Directory environment.
- Experience deploying images with Smart Deploy.
- Proficient in Office 365 desktop apps.
- Experience using remote support tools (LogMeIn, Goverlan).
- Strong TCP/IP troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Frontline Help Desk support for on-site and remote users via Fresh Service.
- Maintain PC lifecycle: imaging, deployment, migration, retirement.
- Manage IT equipment inventory and software.
- Assist with Windows 11, Office 365, and mobile devices inquiries.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Support video conferencing technologies in conference rooms.
- Light Active Directory administration.
