Job summary

Pepper Construction is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician (Level 1-2) to deliver frontline IT support from our Lockland, OH office with occasional site travel. You will manage user onboarding, troubleshoot Windows devices, and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Intune in a modern cloud environment.

Responsibilities include resolving issues via phone, email, and ticketing, supporting Teams Rooms and AV equipment, and maintaining secure access through MFA and endpoint protection.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support experience (Level 1–2).
• Familiar with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Intune (required).
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV hardware (required).
• Networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP) and cloud file sharing (Egnyte) experience.
• Security principles: MFA, endpoint protection and patching.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Hands-on and remote support for Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• User onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and hardware provisioning.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps, printers, and file access (Egnyte).
• Manage identity, security groups, and device access in Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune for device configuration & compliance.
• Support Teams Rooms, video conferencing, and AV equipment.
• Support Egnyte file management, permissions, sync issues.
• Resolve networking issues (DNS, DHCP, IP, switches, Wi‑Fi).
• Support cybersecurity practices including MFA, encryption, patching, endpoint compliance.
