Metasys Technologies is looking for multiple IT Help Desk Technician candidates for a contract opportunity.

Position: IT Help-desk Technician

Job Description:

Candidates will spend their time at a workstation processing Level 1 help desk tickets in our Incident Tracking system. They must read and analyze the information in the ticket. If necessary they will need to contact clients to obtain additional information to aid in resolution or ticket routing. They must troubleshoot and make decisions based on the ticket data to determine the required disposition of a ticket.
