Responsibilities

• Respond to IT help desk tickets by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Create and update technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and SOPs.
• Support IT staff in installation and troubleshooting of software and hardware.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance IT documentation quality.
