Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
2 years of relevant systems administration or enterprise IT experience.
Experience administering Windows systems in an enterprise environment.
Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, endpoints, and peripheral devices.
Working knowledge of Linux and macOS operating environments.
Working knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and services.
Experience supporting enterprise printing and multifunction devices.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an IT team.
Active in-scope Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and support enterprise IT systems across Windows, Linux, and Apple environments.
Perform system deployments, upgrades, maintenance, and security-related activities to ensure reliability and security.
Take ownership of assigned systems and services while maintaining documentation and seeking performance improvements.
Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity professionals on projects and system implementations.
