Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service IT/technical support role.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Symantec Antivirus, Adobe products.
• Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work with other technical groups.
• Experience with Active Directory, VPN or network troubleshooting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, customer-focused IT support to achieve first-call resolution and 90%+ satisfaction.
• Document call activity in the Service Desk system.
• Maintain access for client systems as assigned.
• Collaborate with Support Center analysts and Senior Technicians on workstation/server needs.
• Provide remote workstation support and basic remote network printer support.
