Job summary

VMC Group is seeking a Help Desk Support Analyst based in Stoughton, Massachusetts. You will provide front-line IT support for Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications, with on-site and remote coverage across company locations.

You will triage tickets in Freshservice, ensure SLA adherence, and assist with Epicor ERP, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and warehouse systems. Occasional travel to NJ locations is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Help Desk/IT Support/Desktop Support
• Experience with Windows/Mac laptops and desktops
• Experience supporting enterprise apps and peripherals
• Familiarity with Freshservice or similar ticketing systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Stoughton, MA and travel to other sites

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for Windows and Mac laptops/desktops
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Install and support Epicor ERP for end users
• Support engineering software like AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Configure and support warehouse handheld devices and printers
• Maintain and triage help desk tickets in Freshservice
• Provide on-site support for meetings/events and travel to NJ sites as needed
