Job summary

VMC Group in Stoughton, Massachusetts is seeking a Help Desk Support Analyst to provide frontline technical assistance across all company locations. The role focuses on end-user computing, core business applications, and conference room technology, with on-site support in Stoughton and travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support role.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems; Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and peripherals.
• Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems (Freshservice experience preferred).
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for Windows and Mac laptops and desktops.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Install, configure, and support Epicor ERP for end users; escalate issues as needed.
• Support engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and related tools.
• Provide on-site IT support at Stoughton, MA and occasional travel to other sites.
