Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of IT Troubleshooting experience.
• Associate's degree (IT Related).

Responsibilities

• Log, track, and prioritize incidents for State of Michigan users and partners.
• Provide initial diagnosis and escalation as needed; resolve routine issues and document resolutions.
