Hospital Internists is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our IT Support team in Austin, TX. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and install and configure computer systems.

The ideal candidate has over 1 year of experience in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, and excellent communication skills. This full-time position offers a salary range of $25.00 – $37.00 per hour and opportunities for professional certifications.
