Job summary

American Games is seeking an IT Help Desk / Junior Systems Administrator to join our Council Bluffs team. You will deliver Tier 1 support, configure Windows devices, assist with AD/M365, and help manage ERP systems in a manufacturing setting.

You'll work alongside experienced IT staff, gain hands-on exposure to servers, security, networking, and system deployments while developing entry-level admin and business-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT-related field preferred.
• 1+ year in Help Desk, desktop support, or systems administration preferred.
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows desktop OS.
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments and Active Directory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for computers, mobile devices, printers, software and connectivity.
• Configure, image, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user accounts and access management.
• Assist with onboarding, transfers, and separations including accounts and devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, applications and networking issues.
• Support ERP and business applications like Macola, IFS.
• Gain exposure to Windows Server, networking, security and software deployment.
• Document tickets, steps, resolutions and equipment changes clearly.
• Maintain inventory and asset records; contribute to security monitoring.
• Participate in projects, migrations, testing and deployments.
