Job summary

CBIZ is looking for a highly motivated individual to manage customer engagement through phone and email, creating trouble tickets and ensuring timely responses. You will manage existing tickets and ensure resolutions are met while adhering to department policies.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong organizational skills, and at least 1 year of experience in IT or related fields.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an IT or related position is highly preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in a client‑facing professional services role is highly preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in a dispatch or an IT or related position.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers via phone or email and create trouble tickets.
• Open new and dispatch existing tickets to technicians.
• Maintain strong and consistent communication with internal staff and customers.
