Job summary

United Data Technologies (UDT) in Miramar, FL is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate IT support resources and manage tickets through the ConnectWise dispatch portal. The role requires routing requests, pre-processing service entries, and communicating with customers to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Active Directory and basic computer/OS concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and handle multiple shifts.
• Experience in Help Desk Administration or similar IT support role.

Responsibilities

• Route and escalate requests to the proper resource.
• Pre-process service requests from multiple input channels.
• Monitor schedules and ensure timely entry of service requests.
• Communicate incident progress and changes to customers.
• Provide accurate responses to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist with password resets and account unlocks in AD and applications.
• Perform Level-One technical support as needed.
