Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Technical Services Associate I to deliver first and second level IT support for over 300 user accounts across the Smart Warehousing employee community, both in person and via remote tools.

The role manages the hardware lifecycle from procurement to end-of-life recycling and supports Xerox, Canon, and Zebra printer technologies. You will handle Tier 1 tickets, configure user accounts, assist with SWIMS system changes, and collaborate with teams to resolve

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in technology-based discipline or high school diploma with 2+ years of tech/help desk experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and basic IT concepts.
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and help desk software.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 and basic Tier 2 IT Help Desk tickets.
• Serve as initial point of contact for technical assistance.
• Support IT asset and inventory management, including purchasing restock.
