Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking an Oracle Cloud Application Lead - HCM to own the functional design, configuration, and deployment of Fusion Cloud HCM across Core HR, Time & Labor, and Absence Management. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable, compliant solutions for the full worker lifecycle.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity, coordinate quarterly update readiness, and drive process improvements in a distributed

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with functional ownership.
• Deep knowledge of Core HR, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
• Ability to configure structures: legal employers, jobs, locations.
• Experience with HR data privacy, security, and audit controls.
• Proven testing and deployment leadership.
• Experience in Architecture, Engineering & Construction contexts preferred.
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configuration and ongoing optimization.
• Define and maintain enterprise structures, jobs, departments, and locations.
• Manage worker lifecycle data: hires, transfers, terminations.
• Lead Time & Labor configuration, time cards, approvals.
• Lead Absence Management configuration and integration with payroll.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT for integrations.
• Provide guidance on reporting using BI tools.
