Job summary

Sprout is seeking an IT Specialist to join our Garland, TX warehouse team. You will run diagnostics on consumer and industrial electronics, refurbish equipment, and harvest valuable components for our green ITAD operations.

You will use our proprietary software and sERP to track, label, and route devices. You’ll supervise Level 3 and Level 4 operators, open shop orders, and ensure accurate data entry and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer components and hardware.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Desire for continuous learning; able to learn new technologies.
• Must speak, read, and understand English; Spanish is a plus.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Run diagnostics on electronics and components.
• Operate proprietary software and sERP for inventory and labeling.
• Manage data sanitation of hard drives in batches.
• Create labels and scan barcodes to sort components.
• Supervise daily activities of Level 3 and Level 4 Operators.
• Assist with shop orders and production processes.
