Job summary

Sprout is seeking an ITAD Operator to identify, sort, reconcile and de-manufacture IT assets in line with our environmental standards. You will progress through levels with increasing responsibilities as you gain experience.

Responsibilities include asset identification, material handling, stock organization, and ERP-based record keeping. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on workload and safety priorities.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in ITAD or reverse logistics.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to type 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Identify and categorize IT assets and consumer electronics.
• Safely transport materials across the site and organize stock.
• Disassemble IT assets for recycling or disposal per procedures.
• Maintain data security and follow ERP-record keeping processes.
• Perform advanced stock organization and material recovery tasks.
