Job summary

Qnity in Ohio is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to ensure prompt and accurate shipment of products and verify incoming shipments for total customer satisfaction. Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include matching PO/slip, ERP data entry, packing, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with carriers. The routine requires lifting up to 50 lbs; manufacturing/packaging experience is preferred. Qnity offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or packaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify daily shipments from small package services and truck deliveries.
• Prepare all shipping, receiving, and inventory functions on ERP system.
• Ship small package service packages by completing necessary information on form.
• Complete internal and external shipping documents.
• Close out UPS and Federal Express shipping systems and run daily reports.
• Arrange for packages to be picked up by carriers.
• Wrap packages for shipment and attach invoices.
• Prioritize and organize orders to be shipped according to ship dates.
• Package and address material for shipping.
