Qualifications

• Minimum one year as an Information Technology Trainee or IT Technician, or three years IT experience in relevant areas, or one year experience with an associate's degree in IT, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Technical support for computer systems, network equipment and user applications.
• System configuration: set up PCs, install software and configure systems.
• Network maintenance: troubleshoot connectivity and support LAN functionality.
• Inventory management: maintain equipment records and conduct inventories.
• User training: train staff on hardware, software and system updates.
• Security oversight: implement network security measures and manage user accounts.
