Jy Designs And Creations Inc. is seeking an on-site IT Generalist in Placentia, CA to act as the sole tech lead. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, manage software across OS platforms, and maintain ERP/OMS systems while supporting operations across departments.

The role requires hands-on problem solving across hardware, software, networking, and SaaS, with a proactive, customer‑facing mindset and the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Toubleshoot and maintain hardware (workstations, server, networking gear, IoT devices).
• Manage software issues across OS platforms and applications.
• Administer access controls, user permissions, and account provisioning.
• Maintain and update ERP and ancillary systems for cross‑platform compatibility.
• Oversee VOIP telecommunications and ensure uptime across all tech systems.
• Support and maintain 3rd‑party SaaS tools used across departments.
• Assist with order processing via the OMS system.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity.
• Jump in on pick/pack tasks or other team needs when extra hands are required.

Job Description

Location: Placentia, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $25/hour + commensurate with experience and qualifications
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role

This isn’t your typical siloed IT role. You’ll be the sole IT lead, responsible for keeping our systems humming while jumping in wherever needed to support operations.

Responsibilities

Core IT Duties

• Troubleshoot and maintain hardware (workstations, server, networking gear, IoT devices)
• Manage software issues across OS platforms and applications
• Administer access controls, user permissions, and account provisioning
• Maintain and update ERP and ancillary systems for cross-platform compatibility

Operational Support (as needed)

• Assist with order processing via our OMS system
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity
• Jump in on pick/pack tasks or other team needs when extra hands are required

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in IT support or systems administration
• Familiarity with small business operations and multi-role environments
• Experience with VOIP systems, IoT devices, and SaaS integrations
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and order management workflows
• Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms
