Job summary

Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking an IT G&A Business Analyst to join the IT team in Boston. You will support initiatives for Legal, HR, and Procurement using systems like IronClad, Coupa, MediSpend, and ADP in a global environment.

You will gather requirements, manage external partners, lead testing, and help ensure compliance and governance across Rhythm's technology platforms. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
5+ years in GA/G&A applications such as IronClad, Coupa, MediSpend, and ADP.
Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industries.
Proficient with MS Office; Smartsheet or MS Project preferred.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business and technical requirements using interviews/workshops.
Coordinate issue resolution with internal and external support partners.
Support HCP Engagement and Global Compliance activities.
Lead test script creation, user testing, and user documentation.
Ensure IT processes, procedures and standards are followed.
Develop relationships between business, partners, and Rhythm IT.
Assist in successful implementation and support of Rhythm systems.
Communicate status and risks to cross‑functional leads and senior leadership.
