Job summary

Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Boston is seeking an IT G&A Business Analyst to join the Information Technology team.

You will gather business and technical requirements for G&A functions including Legal, HR and Procurement, and help implement and maintain systems such as IronClad, Coupa and MediSpend. This role collaborates with cross-functional leads, supports testing, change management, and compliance with internal/external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 3-5 years experience with G&A business applications (IronClad, Coupa, MediSpend, ADP).
• Experience supporting applications in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Smartsheet or MS Project.
• Ability to multitask across multiple business areas and communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Promptly develop business and technical requirements via interviews, workshops, and process analyses.
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal and external support partners.
• Lead test script creation, user testing, and user documentation for systems.
• Support change management and governance; ensure items are tested and implemented.
• Develop relationships between business, partners, and Rhythm IT.
