Job summary

You will partner with IT and finance leaders to deliver actionable insights and monitor project spend, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years of finance experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Location: Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for operating expenses and capital investments.
• Manage IT P&L by analyzing monthly results and variances versus budget/forecast.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles for IT expenses.
• Track and monitor project spend, resource utilization, timelines, and financial performance across the technology portfolio.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for IT spend and project ROI.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close and variance analysis.
• Provide insights and challenge assumptions as a finance partner to IT leadership.
• Deliver weekly and monthly IT reporting to inform operations and strategy.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and analysis with accuracy and speed.
