CVS Health, a leading health services company, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A for the IT organization to drive financial oversight, budgeting, and performance analytics. You will partner with IT leadership to deliver insights and decision support across the technology portfolio.

Responsibilities include building financial models, dashboards, and monthly/weekly reporting while supporting the month-end close process and strategic initiatives. This is a full-time role with eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of finance or accounting experience, focused on budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilités

• Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes including operating expenses and capital investments.
• Manage IT P&L by analyzing monthly results and variances with clear commentary.
• Lead annual budgeting cycles for IT expenses aligned with priorities.
• Track project spend, resources, timelines, and financial performance across the portfolio.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reports for IT spending and ROI.
• Coordinate with Accounting during month-end close and variance analysis.
• Provide insights to IT leadership and support data-driven decisions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial reporting across IT and related functions.
• Handle ad hoc reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
