Qualifications

• Must have a 3.0 GPA at application and maintain through graduation.
• Degree in IT fields or related programs required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and enhancements to existing systems and infrastructure.
• Follow SDLC and ITSM processes to deliver reliable solutions.
• Gather requirements from business partners and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist in configuration, implementation, and upgrades of systems and infrastructure.
