This four-year leadership pathway provides four 1-year placements in Credit, Customer Accounts/Relations, Insurance, Lease Services, Sales Support, and Treasury, with exposure to multiple Caterpillar Financials units.

You’ll gain broad business experience, high visibility with senior leadership, and formal mentorship. Relocation is available; sponsorship is not provided for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale at the time of application; must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA through graduation
• Degree must be completed by hire date
• Domestic Mobility
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus
