Responsibilities

• Provide application and/or technical infrastructure support and problem resolution
• Support SDLC/ITSM processes and best practices
• Gather requirements and troubleshoot system issues with business partners
• Assist in configuration, implementation and upgrades of systems/infrastructure
• Support projects with task planning and execution
• Contribute to automation efforts using scripting tools
• Ensure availability for on-site support as needed
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
