Caterpillar Inc. invites applications for the Information Technology Foundation Program based in Nashville. This 2-3 year rotation includes assignments in applications, infrastructure, or security, with mentorship and leadership exposure as you start your IT career.

You will build core IT skills, work on real projects, and have growth opportunities in a global company that values technology, collaboration, and responsible leadership. Program starts July 12, 2027 and is onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale at the time of application; maintain 3.0 through graduation.
• Degree must be completed by hire date in IT programs (Information Technology, CS, MIS, Data Science, AI, etc.).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and enhancements to existing systems and/or infrastructure.
• Assist in configuration, implementation and upgrades of systems and/or infrastructure.
• Participate in project tasks, planning and execution with team members.
• Support and input to continuous improvement efforts within IT foundations.
