Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services seeks a senior FP&A professional to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the IT portfolio. You will analyze project costs, manage capital and operating budgets, and track activity in ServiceNow SPM.

Responsibilities include building financial models, partnering with project managers, and delivering reliable IT financial insights across the portfolio. Strong Excel skills and IT spend experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent
• 5+ years of FP&A experience
• Experience supporting Information Technology organizations or technology portfolios
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and consolidate annual IT portfolio budgeting and long-range planning.
• Perform month-, quarter-, and year-end financial analysis and present narratives.
• Track financial activity by project in ServiceNow SPM for accurate reporting.
• Partner with project managers to improve financial visibility into investments and outcomes.
• Build moderate to complex financial models to analyze initiatives.
• Analyze IT utilization reports and collaborate with Accounting to ensure data integrity.
• Identify process improvements to reduce errors and boost productivity.
• Complete special projects aligned with corporate objectives.
• Review IT expenses for correct coding.
