Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit in Spokane, WA, is seeking an IT Financial Management Advisor II/III to join the Information Technology group. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, cost transparency, and performance reporting to align IT spending with business outcomes.

The position requires strong financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to partner with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders. Competitive base salary with annual incentive; relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in IT financial management, FP&A, TBM, or related field.
• Strong understanding of technology cost structures (software, cloud, labor, etc.).
• Translate complex financial information into clear insights for executives.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and multi-year IT budgeting and forecasting activities with stakeholders.
• Establish planning calendars, data standards and submission requirements for operating expenses, capital, projects, cloud, software, and labor costs.
• Consolidate inputs, validate data, and prepare decision-ready views for leadership review and approval.
• Monitor spending against plan; identify risks and opportunities; coordinate corrective actions.
