Job summary

Athene is offering an IT Finance Systems Analyst internship in West Des Moines, IA. The program runs mid-May to early August and targets students enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT.

• Monitor system loads, identify issues, and recommend continuous improvements to enhance user experience and business value.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate training for Finance end users under the guidance of Senior FSA.
• Support compliance and audit initiatives by ensuring system controls and data accuracy are maintained.
