Job summary

Loenbro, LLC in Dallas, TX — hybrid IT Finance Senior Manager role driving enterprise-wide finance, accounting, and budgeting transformations. You’ll lead standardization, automation, and new technology adoption across corporate and field operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting operations, business process improvement, or IT finance systems.
5+ years of experience leading finance-related technology or process transformation projects.
Experience with implementation and maintenance of ERP financial systems (e.g., Viewpoint Vista, Sage, SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
Experience optimizing processes through automation and AI.
Strong working knowledge of core Finance and Accounting functions, including procurement, payroll/time, FP&A, and General Ledger.
Proven ability to define, baseline, and track KPIs to measure process improvement.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, HR, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

Assess and standardize Finance and Accounting processes enterprise-wide.
Design, document, and roll out standardized Finance and Accounting processes enterprise wide.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, and IT stakeholders to define future-state process and system requirements.
Evaluate, recommend, and lead the selection of new technology, software, and automation solutions to support Finance and Accounting operations.
Define and baseline KPIs for existing processes and establish ongoing metrics and reporting to track measured improvement.
Lead or support implementation of Finance and Accounting systems and tools, including ERP modules and payroll/ time capture systems.
Develop business cases, project plans, and implementation roadmaps for process and technology initiatives.
Manage project team execution, risks, and issues, and coordinate with external consultants and vendors as needed.
Provide input and partner w/ change management, training, and communication team members to support adoption of new processes and systems.
Monitor post-implementation performance against baseline KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Support M&A-related integration of Finance, Accounting and Budgeting systems and processes, including due diligence and post-close integration planning.
