Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an IT Finance Business Partner to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the IT organization across our multi-state operations. You will manage the IT P&L, build financial models and dashboards, track project spend, and provide data‑driven insights to IT leadership to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for IT expenses and capex.
• Manage IT P&L with variance analysis and leadership commentary.
• Lead annual budgeting cycles and forecast IT spend.
• Monitor project spend, resources, timelines, and financial performance.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close and variances.
• Deliver insights to IT leadership and support data-driven decisions.
• Produce weekly and monthly IT and business function reports.
• Handle ad hoc reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform other duties as needed.
