Job summary

Flexjet is seeking an IT Finance Specialist in Dallas, TX to lead budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting for the IT department. This role partners with IT staff to understand spending and ensures accurate licensing across hardware and software.

You will manage invoices, credit card expenses, purchase orders, and intercompany chargebacks, while delivering regular updates to IT leadership. Bachelor's degree preferred and 3–5 years IT finance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science preferred.
• 3–5 years IT environment experience with hardware/software licensing.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft licensing/EA.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report IT spending and intercompany charges.
• Coordinate payment of invoices and maintain licensing compliance.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for IT.
• Collaborate with IT staff to understand needs and future spend.
