Job summary

JSX seeks a Finance Intern to support our Finance organization with financial analysis, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives. You will work with data to identify trends, prepare reports, and communicate insights to leaders.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance or related fields, with strong Excel skills and an interest in corporate finance and aviation. This internship runs May 18 to August 7, 2027, in Dallas, TX, on-site.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Interest in corporate finance, business analytics, and aviation.

Responsibilities

Assist productivity and operational performance analysis for improvement initiatives.
Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends.
Support financial reporting and variance analysis for key areas.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
Collaborate with Finance and operations to evaluate performance.
Contribute to development of business cases with data and data-driven insights.
Conduct market research and business analysis for planning projects.
Maintain accurate financial data and supporting documentation.
Participate in cross-functional discussions to link insights to strategy.
Assist with ad hoc analyses and other projects as needed.
