Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, Python, PowerBI for data analysis and visualization.
• Ability to present findings clearly to executives and operational staff.
• Experience using LLMs to enhance data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational decisions.
• Create, maintain, and present reports/dashboards with KPIs and metrics.
• Design, build, and implement processes/tools with fast-moving datasets using ML and statistics.
• Analyze datasets (flight activity, on-time performance, utilization) to identify root causes.
• Translate recurring questions into repeatable tools and automated workflows.
• Lead analytics projects end-to-end (vendor evaluations, capacity studies, performance analysis).
• Apply statistical methods and LLM-assisted analysis to forecast for high-volume data.
