Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking an IT Field Technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop PCs, laptops, POS systems, servers, and IP phones across multiple locations. You will handle customer follow-up, coordinate with teams, and escalate as needed to close work orders with excellent service.

The role requires 2 years of college or equivalent experience, strong Windows OS knowledge, and a valid driver’s license for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Two years of college education or experience equivalency.
• Windows Desktop OS (Windows 7/8.1/10) experience preferred.
• Windows Server OS (2008/2012 R2/2016) experience required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain IT hardware and POS systems across locations.
• Coordinate with teams and manage work orders to ensure timely resolution.
