Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a IT Field Support Analyst to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in San Antonio, TX.

Job Title: IT Field Support Analyst
Work Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: 4 month contract with option to extend or hire
Education/Experience Required: 5+ years of experience; MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm

Job Description & Responsibilities :

  • Supporting the corporate office
  • Working mostly independent but will have a virtual team of support as well
  • General desk top support
  • Hardware/software support
Skills & Qualifications :
  • 5+ years of experience
  • bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 5 years extra experience
  • Software Skills: MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
  • Good technical skills
  • Good customer service
